Residential Batteries

Solar battery storage for your home

R & D Energy installs solar storage batteries and inverters to help homeowners store electricity generated by their solar panels for later use. Battery performance, savings and available stored energy depend on system capacity, household demand, tariff and installation setup.

Powerwall can store solar energy for use when your panels are not generating. It can be used on its own or alongside compatible Tesla products to help reduce reliance on grid electricity and provide stored power for selected uses, depending on system setup and capacity.

Three Phase Inverters with Synergy Technology

The PV Inverter with a Compact Design and High Capacity

SolarEdge has expanded its range of three-phase inverters with synergy technology up to 100kW, offering high capacity with easy installation. These inverters feature a design based on small, lightweight, and portable primary and secondary units. They can be wall-mounted, ensuring a minimal footprint, and their installation can be handled by a one or two-person crew.

Unlike other large capacity inverters on the market, which are heavy, bulky, and require cranes or special tools for installation, SolarEdge inverters do not. Opting for SolarEdge’s large capacity inverters instead of multiple smaller ones will further reduce setup times and costs.

The latest generation of SolarEdge three-phase inverters is available in the following sizes: 50kW, 55kW, 82.8kW, as well as 66.6kW and 100kW for medium voltage grids.

Effortless PV Inverter Commissioning with Inverter SetApp

Commissioning your inverter has never been easier. With the SolarEdge SetApp mobile application, you can activate, commission, and configure your inverter directly through your smartphone.

Additional Information

Solar storage batteries and inverters help you store electricity generated by your solar panels for use at other times of the day. This can help reduce reliance on grid electricity, depending on battery capacity, household demand and tariff.

Use stored solar electricity after sunset

Solar storage batteries allow you to use stored solar electricity outside daylight hours, depending on battery capacity and household energy demand.

Make better use of your solar system

Battery storage can help you use more of the electricity generated by your solar panels rather than exporting it to the grid, depending on your usage and system setup.
